Stephanie- 2005.
Not only was this an unusual design, but Stephanie was also 5 months pregnant on the day, so unusually, the corset was made to not be tight, whilst still supporting her bust, but allowing lots of space for the baby.
The jacket was made in matching purple silk, with a shot purple /pink silk lining.
Stephanie is a petite bride, and as it shows, you don not have to have a slimline gown to make you look taller, or risk being swamped by a large gown...but having whatever you want made to your proportions, will make you look and fell like a princess...even if you are pregnant!

'Well done and thanks for being so absolutely brilliant—not just in being so accommodating with all the changes we had to make because I was pregnant and about the design, but also for your talent—to make a dress look so wonderful for a small person who was expanding as the dress was being made and still keep the figure. Also for your kindness on coming to Dorset to put the dress on me and even helping to make the cheese sandwiches for lunch. '

'The photos and video that we have had back are fabulous—I am absolutely delighted with how the dress co-ordinated everything so well and just looked so beautiful. We took a lot of time and effort in thinking about the dress design but I can truly say that it was worth every penny- the photos were fab, Mike was blown away as were other people and I have both some fabulous memories that I can keep as well as being able to wear the dress and corset again for other occasions.'

'I kept the dress on until around 11.00pm, but then had to take it off which I thought was very good going. And I am now expanding VERY rapidly!!

'There was also - a gasp on our entrance to the church which is all very pleasing.'
Stephs carriage awaits......
To compliment the dragonfly design in the gown, a gold and silver tiara was made, with a Dragonfly springing off from it, alongside a gold and silver wire work necklace, with purple/blue crystal drops.

Shown here is the small suble seahorse embroidary, on the back of the corset.
