Sarah Jain- October 31st 2007.

Sarah Jain was married this lovely sunny Samhain at Studley castle, warwickshire.

There were vary specific things that she wanted to be incorporated in her dress. Sarah Jain originates from cornwall, (her husband, dad and son were to be wearing the cornish tartan kilts) and wanted to use the Cornish tartan in her design, but without having the tartan taking over, and also having a colour that suited her.

The corset was made from a rich midnight blue crushed velvet, with the skirt in deep peacock blue, and the sleeves in a green/purple shot silk chiffon. Swarovski crystals in varying shades were also applied to the corset and sleeves to give it that magical sparkle to go with the moment of the dress.

Over the corset were applied textured pieces to incorporate the other colours from the tartan, red and gold, and also pieces of the tartan silk itself. This silk tartan was also used in the lining of the skirt, so when Sarah Jain held up the skirt for walking, this fabric was a surprise detail.

'I know we said it a million times now but that everthings quieted down(for us!) Both Flo and I wanted to just let you know how much we appreciate all your hard work and amazing skills in creating my dream dress. It was absolutely perfect and I felt like Titania all day and night!'-Sarah Jain.

An earring ensemble was made to match Sarah Jain's necklace. Made up of four earrings, three graduated dangling, and string of swarovski crystals coming from the top of the ear to the lower holes.

The elegant red rose bouquet also had pieces of rosemary from Sarah jains garden.

Boots were made up the midnight blue crushed velvet, also shown is the part lining of the skirt in cornish silk tartan.

Thirsty work this marraige lark.....
