Sara & Taz October 04'
Sara & Taz were married on Halloween, hence the stunning autumnal colours used in her gown. The details in the gown went just there to be beautiful, but were also symbolic to their relationship, these were the detailed embroider butterfly's and tiny fish scattered through the gown. The corset was made from a rich crushed velvet, with silk piped seams. Decorated with butterfly's, the straps were made from a string of natural gem stones and small fish beads to keep their symbols going throughout. The sleeves were made from a stunning shot silk chiffon, cut in a gothic styling to go with the halloween theme. Finally the skirt was made from a base layer of rust colored silk, with the chiffon over the top, slightly rushed at the front, and with a low small bustle gather at the back to echo victorian style. This too was decorated with ribbons and butterfly's.
