Katina-Dragonfly Variation 06'

Katina had a variation of the Dragonfly design, but designed to suit her figure and personality. The corset was made as an 'hourglass', opposed to the flat fronted 18th century style of the original design, making the most of Katina's womanly curves. The skirt had an over layer of the silk chiffon used for the sleeves, cut with a train that hooked up, and a split that swaged up at the front, giving the skirt more depth and flow, pale and dark turquoise ribbons were used as decoration, as well as for the lacings.

Shoes were made up in the same fabric as the gown, with embroidered Dragonflies and swarovski crystal decoration was applied.

Matching Crown, necklace and earrings were made to compliment the gown. Below is the necklace.
