Joanna- 'Moonspell'- Sept 08'
Some of the 'new', (from 2005...!) designs have taken a while to filter through in to real brides, due to being so busy, with september having three variations of the moonspell design. All were a real pleasure to do.
Joanna was married in september wearing the Moonspell design. This ethereal variation had a textured bustle, and the pale blue chiffon was changed to a very pale lilac, picked out by the lilac lining.

'I cannot thank you enough for my beautiful dress - it
is such a work of art I almost can't bear to put it in a box, it deserves
to be framed on the wall instead! My dress seemed to be pretty much the only
topic of conversation at the wedding, and people still mention it now whenever
I see them. I think that nobody (including Grant) expected me to be wearing
a white A-Line or a meringue, but nobody imagined it would be anything like
it was - Grant wouldn't actually look at me until half way through the ceremony
as he kept bursting into tears!
Thanks to your recommendation on your website, I also loved the diadem from
AmbreAgorn - everyone kept saying that the dress and the diadem were so very
me!
In case your other brides are looking for bridesmaids dresses which go with
the Uptight gowns, mine were made to order from Bridesmaids Direct (www.bridesmaidsdirect.co.uk)
Iona and Caitlin styles - I mention it because I found it very difficult to
find bridesmaids dresses which didn't look very modern and both of these went
really well with my dress.
The other supplier I wanted to mention to you is Woodland Treasures (www.woodlandtreasures.co.uk)
- I commissioned Geoff to make my wedding present to Grant - a kilt pin shaped
like an oak leaf with moonstone acorns, oak and moonstone cufflinks and a
beautiful circular plaid brooch with an oak tree inside it with a moonstone
shining through the branches. They are absolutely lovely and Geoff was really
helpful, managing to turn it around superquick!
